The success of the dinner's distribution is due in part to the commitment of our Table Captains. Being a Table Captain allows you to give back to the community by supporting up to 20 local beneficiaries as well as the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, all at the same time.

As a Table Captain, you are the host! You organize attendees, collect admission, distribute tickets, and select table(s) for you and your guests. You are the liaison between Black Tie Dinner and your guests. Table Captains take on no additional expense, and the experience is as easy as it is rewarding.

By becoming a Table Captain, you are committing to fill one or more tables of 10 (including yourself). To aid you in this process, Black Tie Dinner will provide you with a free online account to access our convenient, easy-to-use tools. With this tool, you can:

  • Manage and select your table(s) 
  • Send invitations and collect payment from your guests 
  • Manage your guest information including vouchers and meal selection 
  • Affiliate with your favorite beneficiary
